Since you have 3/5  x  7/9 , it is the same as 3/9 x 7/5. &lt;br&gt;  Reduce the 3/9. It becomes 1/3.&lt;br&gt; 
Then you have 1/3 x 7/5.  Multiply across and you get 7/15.  &lt;br&gt;
